The school-based education programmes I present support the development of self-awareness in children, as well as the development of their skills in individual treatment, talent development, stress management, and decision-making, through learning about the forces at work around them and the path to achieving goals and plans.

The paper presents the theoretical background, pedagogical considerations, and expected outcomes while making concrete recommendations on the structure, content, and methods of the sessions. Pedagogical novelties such as the use of multiple reading, task cards, 'science papers', weekly planning, and metacognitive self-regulation are discussed. Alternative approaches are also discussed while clarifying their scientific and everyday possibilities and investigating the availability of alternative options for pupils in mainstream education.

Selected for pre-school teachers and teaching colleagues, this study on conscious positive personality development provides guidance on how to create a supportive and cooperative atmosphere that builds children's confidence and helps parents develop their personality at home or when choosing a school.
