In this section, the results of the content analysis are presented. Table 8.1 shows the proportion of correctly rendered clauses in the consecutively interpreted Hungarian target language texts of the trainee interpreters. The results of the content analysis show that, in terms of fidelity, all four students improved as they progressed in their interpreter training. It should also be noted in the TL texts of some students had a relatively high proportion of correctly rendered clauses even at the beginning of their training, whereas others reached that level only at the end of their training.

 

 

It should also be noted that in the case of two students, namely Matador and Senorita, there was a loss of fidelity, or a bump in their progress mirrored in the recordings made after semester 3, where there was a slight decline, followed by a rebound at the end of semester 4.
