My name is Annamária Kótay-Nagy, I am a doctoral student in the Language Pedagogy and English Applied Linguistics PhD programme at ELTE. In my doctoral research I am examining the methodological affordances of using ICT tools and applications in the language classroom for differentiation purposes. One of the goals of my research is to identify good practices by observing the lessons of teachers of English, conducting interviews with them, and administering a short student questionnaire. I would hereby like to ask for your permission to conduct the aforementioned studies with the teachers and students of your institution.

Your consent and the participation of the teachers and students are voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. Participants will remain unidentified both during the collection and the analysis of the data. The name of the participants and the school will not be mentioned in any report or publication ensuing from the study.

The signed consent forms and the collected and processed data will be stored on my personal computer in .mp3, Word and Excel format until the end of 2025. No unauthorised person will have access to the forms and the data.
