- The discovery, collection, provision and use of evidence shall not be contrary to the provisions of the law; if it is, the result of the evidence shall not be used in further proceedings.
- Restrictions on fundamental rights are only possible in exceptional cases and in a way specified by law.
- The principle of publicity as a general rule should ensure social control of the “purity” of evidence.
- Based on the indirectness of the evidence, the court’s decision may be based on data and information directly disclosed at the trial.
