The rules for citing legal acts are well-known issues for legal scholars, and we will not go into detail about them. In the case of EU and foreign national laws, we use the abbreviations customary there. In the case of domestic laws, Hungarian abbreviations may be used. When first cited, the Hungarian laws must be introduced in the main text, in full, in English translation (Act CLIX of 2002 on Postal Services).
