One of our commitments during this research project was to explore the historical-theoretical background of the social role of sustainability and law from the perspective of public administration science and administrative law. These sub-chapters, looking at comparative administrative law, merging theoretical, historical and general scientific methodologies and approaches, present the administrative theoretical background of the topic of sustainability and law.
