The aims of this study were to enquire into the views of selected English Studies majors’ and EFL teacher education majors’ ICT use for studying, language learning and in certain cases, teaching purposes. The study was carried out to gain insights into the Hungarian university education context and to collect principles and good practices of technology use in the programmes.
